Pathward sends me cards in mail all the time. i call the 800# to activate card and reset old pin because been changed i get dropped calls. doesnt recognize my date of birth website wont let go further fillingnOut FORMMM,

These people are the worst.I had over $400 in unauthorized purchases and of course it happened during the holiday weekend. I called and you can't understand nothing they are saying. I got the issue resolved only to find out last week that MY money that was taken out of my account for unauthorized purchases, these crooks reversed it and took the money back which made my account negative. Play dirty and I'm going to play dirtier. The BBB is going to get a nice letter about the this bank

Customer service just hangs up and won't actually answer. I hate this account. My employer forced me into it now I have to pay to get money off of the card and am limited to only getting 500 per day... So it takes 3 or more days and roughly 20 dollars to get my money out of this bank.
