Unusable. All I wanted to do was transfer some files from my Android phone to my PC. This used to be easy--plug it into the USB port, open Windows Explorer, bam. Now it is literally impossible because when I try to get through the ridiculous number of sign-in steps required to link my devices, I cannot proceed because "something went wrong" with my Microsoft account. It used to be so easy...

Since a recent update, don't know if from the phone or Windows, but my phone is CONSTANTLY connecting and disconnecting, over and over and over, non stop, until I eventually just force disconnect at least twice... then it will stabilize for a couple of hours or a day. I'm having zero service or connectivity issues on either the phone or laptop. This app is the only thing doing it.

A nightmare. I simply want to move a photo from phone to pc. It was simple with all previous phones i had. Samsung trys to do way too much and makes it into a fiasco where you end up changing every setting on your phone almost till your head is spinning, you have a migrain and you have yelled at anyone near you. I just want transfer a photo not change the world.
