Ratings and reviews

Worst customer experience. They always display lesser estimated value and charge higher fees later on and there is absolutely no way to contact the support person. It just says we have reviewed the information, and the charged fees were accurate. I have always been able to contact the actual support agent for any issues in any other platform, but there is no way here in ola.

Literally the worst experience for a booking app, there's new bugs every damn time, techincal glitches, not all payment options showing, location not updating, doesn't read the pickup location on its own etc. The bugs are endless and I always get mad and I have kept this app as last resort. Drivers cancel randomly even after waiting for them. This app is just stupid.

The app of late had become very horrible to use. You have to try 10-15 times before the call reaches the driver. And the drivers call never comes. Messages are rarely delivered from either party. So basically you have to stand down on road waiting for the cab and hoping that the Google maps have accurately picked your location and the driver is indeed going to turn up! And the rates are always exorbitant
