Give it a two because they did help pay for dental work, but it took them over a week to even acknowledge that I was able to get their services, the dental discount plan had to contact them four separate times for them to give it, also had to call them whenever Iwas trying to use the card for it to go through, kept getting declined Furthermore, your $10 reward do not try to transfer it to your bank account because they will not send it and you will just be out that $10 put it toward your bill,

This PAYTIENT card has saved me a few times on some medical bills. I had never used anything like this card before. So I was skeptical at first to say the least about the PAYTIENT card. So the first time I used the card it was so simple. Setting up my payment plan after the use was just as easy. I was so surprised and impressed at how simple the card was to use as well as setting up the payments. I can't say thanks enough. I highly recommend the PAYTIENT card. PAYTIENT Thank you.

Had an issue with card being declined and had no phone number to resolve plus had to pay for services outta pocket. Later issue was resolved and now have number to call if happens again (agent said this is a common problem?) Embarrassed when a line of customers behind you and this happens. I hope this glitch is taken care of soon so never in that situation again ?
