Please update this app. Every time I try to change my dog's photo, it crashes. Also, why can't we pick things to go on our pet's profile, instead of it being the last time we shop? It would be nice if we could do that for "dismissed categories" too. I don't dismiss flea and tick prevention because I don't give it to my dog, I dismiss it because I don't buy it from Petco! It's annoying that those spots can never be filled out and their profile looks so incomplete! :(

It's has good features, like how you can track your food, litter purchases.... but it's slow and crashes a lot. I placed an order for curbside, but could never get it to act right for me to check in. It's not opening at all right now. But when it works it's often slow and doesn't always work properly when you check out. Whenever, I'm ready to check out, I hate to have to go back in case I miss something, because it's so buggy. Also, the filtering for pet, brand etc is a bit off.

I honestly hate using this app. It crashes multiple times, it's extremely slow. I place an order every 2 weeks typically and every time it takes me half an hour just to get an order placed because the app won't load, or it crashes, or it's slow, or something. I dread placing an order every time, and the website isn't much better. Definitely needs some work.
