Very lousy app.Tried many times to link my mesra physical card to setel app and it always fails (tried many times at different times). Then when click to connect to help, it hangs. Then when I want to add my petronas maybank credit card, it shows the error message "Do not honour". Then when went to website to connect to customer service, ai answers. Later, it says will help connect to an agent but after 30 minutes, no agent appears. pls lah get your act together or else dont do this useless app

Trouble some app, my account was restricted for more than one month now since I download. My money stuck inside but cannot be used to purchase. I'm not allowed to use saying that my account restricted but they accept my money when I first top up. I prefer to use Shell app more convenient and easy. Setel more hard than bank account. They keep my money but denied to purchase fuel. In fact my account already verified.

I parked at Alamanda shopping centre for about 15 to 20 mins and left, but this app was not so efficient and kept charging me until night time .I have left the alamanda parking since 2.10pm in the afternoon. no wonder in the help option they have provided general questions which is "how if I have left parking and the timing still running" the best joke ever.
