I ordered on the 4th of November, unfortunately their application deducted 31.5 sar and it gives you have problem in payment and there was no order! please i need solution

2 times I order from your app. The delivery was very fast and the food were great. However, when the order comes the check shows different amount than the app. And even though I informed the branch manager about this. He stayed that I need to order full meals.. not sandwiches only. I wonder is it okay to force customer to buy things they don't want and then charge them differently if they won't? Let's hear from you.
