2yrs later and this app is just as bad if not worse than my first review. I may start shopping elsewwhere. S&S is higher priced than most of the stores but I've continued to shop with them out of convenience. It's really not convenient to spend just as much time trying to shop through this awful app as it is to go to the store. AWFUL! It freezes, won't load, and is so painfully slow. It takes about the same amount of time to go to the store to shop as it does to complete an online order. AWFUL!

The app has numerous issues: I can no longer delete items I no longer use from my past purchases list. I have almost 400 items and I probably only buy half that many. When I try to filter the digital coupons or my past purchases alphabetically, it glitches halfway thru and starts showing me the same coupons /items again. It will just shut down at random times. I end up having to use my pc to complete my online orders. Extremely frustrating!

The online ordering/pick up is a mess. The app never has latest inventory, which means every order items are missing. Also, order status does not update. The last few times I had to call the store to check it my order was ready and when I arrived to pick up. Never mind the eggs were broken each time. Don't waste your energy. Faster to run to the store...and I'd recommend that store not be stop and shop.
