Fast customer service and they had awesome plans. But as always, very misleading. They announce something and then they change it. Because of pricing it's worth it but it's no longer truly unlimited. But it's also because many people were abusing the hotspot policy. Thank you to everyone who abused it and now you lost it. Really sad. But removing plans and then switching on people is still not good. Usmobile basically just did a Bait and Switch.

Exceptional Phone Company and Service!!!. After being on Verizon for 2 decades and them finally changed companies after they kept manipulating plans and adding unnecessary subscriptions to justify price hikes. US Mobile's choice of 3 networks basically on the fly, unlimited data, option to pay for a whole year at a super reduced rate is wonderful. I have added all my devices over with relative ease. Needed a bit of help on 2, but Customer Service is absolutely helpful, via chat even.

The US Mobile service is fine, but the app has a few quirks. I had a hard time finding where I could pin my pool to my dashboard, and when I found it, the option was almost entirely below the bottom of the screen and I can't scroll down any farther. Since the last update (8/28/25), the pinned pool display briefly flashes then disappears leaving an empty space in the dashboard. No pool information at all there.
