Ratings and reviews

It's a good idea, but the app has some issues and can feel a bit clunky sometimes. For example if you deny it access to your contacts and then try to pay money to a contact the app won't ask you for permission it will just act like nothing happened. It bothers me that the savings account has no withdrawal limit so you can just hoe into your savings whenever you like. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a savings account.

in app support no longer works, "somethings gone wrong, content could not be loaded" can't contact help to rectify, been like that for a month

Six months down the line, and the app is still majorly lacking in basic features like recurring payments. The disputes team also seems pretty useless. Tried to chargeback a payment and was essentially met with a "No sorry. Good luck not getting overcharged again though! " Dosh does not seem focussed on actually being a legitimate option to store and spend your money with. I'll still be using the app, but it's unfortunately just not easy to recommend to anyone not already using it.
