You really need to work on your app. Such a waste of time. Your OTP does not work, it always says "something wrong". Your app always says there's no internet, but obviously i'm connected to one. I used Android and IOS and they are both garbage. I wasted 2 hours just to create an account, and I was not even able to finish it. I hit the 10 OTPs per day cap, without being able to access my account. God knows if I will be able to open it TOMORROW.

Current update removed the authority to edit the customer profile. Bad for use since the user may need to edit the profile when moving to another city or getting married or changing email. The Singlife credits are also a bad product since it is a purchase, does not earn interest even though it is a cash equivalent in the account.

The OTP for password reset never sends to registered mobile number. You will get locked out of your account with no other option to reset password. If you call or email customer service they will just tell you it will be escalated and for further investigation. Meanwhile you will have no access to your account until God knows when.
