The only banking app that I fail to find bank statement and got trouble making payments and refunds transactions! I have been calling their hotline so many times to get help on the app. The 2 stars are for the great exchange rates ONLY

Alibaba prata bank. App just hopped & approved a 5digit loan, as I was ONLY browsing rates...no term & condition shown, no approval clicked either.....they insisted their app had no issue. Only settled loan & interest but still left with $15 to pay and still have not sort it out. Customers should not be the ones who pay for their mistakes and shady app!!! Gonna complain to Mas if they dont solve it.

Trash bank with useless customer support. I'm not able to top up my account so I went to check with cs and they just told me: "your card is currently blocked due to an internal policy" and when I asked why and how to unblock, all I received was "I apologies for the inconvenience but this is the only information I have at the moment. I seek your kind understanding" without giving me any reason and solution. Reply to response: yeah right
