(updating to 1*) a $10/month increase is ridiculous! I couldn't care less about LaLiga! introduce an affordable package for the different services you "offer" It's just a poor service. Multiple times a year you will get issues where you can't even watch the games. Normally not a huge deal, but when you've stayed up to 2am to watch a game live on a service you're paying a lot of money for, and they just encounter an issue where you can't watch, it becomes very frustrating! Optus ruins football!

Couldn't really be worse. You pay a high subscription fee and there are still ads. The app basically doesn't work. Full of bugs. Crashes. Struggles to cast. Currently having a deal breaking bug where the app will randomly skips back during playback. So you'll be watching the second half, then all of a sudden it'll skip back to the start of the match or the middle of the first half. Then you have to try and find where you were up to. It's complete trash.

I have to say, the Optus Sport app is one of the worst platforms I've ever used to watch soccer. For an app that charges such a ridiculous subscription fee, the performance is utterly unacceptable. The amount of glitches, lagging, and buffering during live matches makes it almost impossible to enjoy a game. Whether it's missing crucial moments due to constant freezing or being several minutes behind the live broadcast, the frustration is constant
