Horrible. App would not let me complete my transaction. Tried it 20 times on one phone, tried it 5 times on another. Would not continue after entering my card information. Ferry personnel were not helpful at all, just kept repeating 'you have to download the app' which I had. They let us ride to our destination, but the experience was terrible & frustrating.

This app doesn't work. Thought it would be nice to take the ferry. Won't allow to purchase tickets. Doesn't seem to have a full schedule. There are only 1-2 ferries per day from my location. Who leaves work by 3pm in Manhattan? App doesn't seem to recognize my location. Would be nice if they had an interactive map of ferry routes and shuttle bus routes. This app doesn't have much in it. What it does have, doesn't seem to work well. Uninstalling now.

First, please stop asking for feedback in the app, since the form submission doesn't work. The app is very convenient, but there are a few bugs. If you don't have a data connection, it often doesn't know that you have tickets even if you don't save your tickets to the cloud. Also, if you don't exit properly, the app ends up in a weird state where, the next time you go to use a ticket, you think you're at the activation screen but you can't activate any tickets.
