I have a brand new, valid 30 day pass and when I scan it it says "expired" every so often. Why does this keep happening??! Update: I was on the phone for almost AN HOUR with a grouchy woman who criticized me for deleting/reinstalling this buggy app..you know, like you do for ANY malfunctioning app! It's mostly worked, but still comes up as expired sometimes. Try again, DART..it still sucks.

The dart app I use every day. I am having major issues with it. It is so slow constantly lagging and at most it does it's job 1 out of five times. I have been using a bundle buy and got 20 one-way passes for 26$ half of my passes time out because of the app randomly closing. This is my means of traveling to work school ect. I'm out over 86$ in unused far for simply trying to keep up with the times. No one carries cash and using a app makes sense but not one this horrible. Please help

Hey, thanks for writing a review. Sometimes, the app may be slow but such instances are rare. If it happens too often, please let us know at DOT_DTC_DartPass@state.de.us. We'll have things investigated.

Not only has this been the most atrocious app that I've ever used (ungodly slow, constant crashes, etc), it literally just stole my money. I paid for a weekly pass, it came out of my bank account, but the app claims that I have no active passes. I cannot WAIT to get my car fixed. Will never use this POS again, and will be contacting Dart directly about getting my money back.
