Not only has this been the most atrocious app that I've ever used (ungodly slow, constant crashes, etc), it literally just stole my money. I paid for a weekly pass, it came out of my bank account, but the app claims that I have no active passes. I cannot WAIT to get my car fixed. Will never use this POS again, and will be contacting Dart directly about getting my money back.

It's slow. It crashes. The QR code fails to show up correctly frequently. When returning from minimized on the QR screen it will ask if you want to use the pass despite already using a pass, in fear of the app using a brand new pass: by pressing "NO" it returns you to the main screen which is just frustrating. Removing the dollar-amount cards was a extreamly poor decision if this is the replacement we are forced to deal with to save some cash.

So far it works every time. 13 months and going strong. I'm using a Samsung Note 20. The only thing is the laser scanner on the bus likes to reflect off of my phone screen, and it can take a longish time to scan when I am trying not to hold up the bus line.
