Not only has this been the most atrocious app that I've ever used (ungodly slow, constant crashes, etc), it literally just stole my money. I paid for a weekly pass, it came out of my bank account, but the app claims that I have no active passes. I cannot WAIT to get my car fixed. Will never use this POS again, and will be contacting Dart directly about getting my money back.

It's great not having to carry a bus pass, but improvements can be made. Like the ticket layout, if a user buys multiple tickets the user would get a page full of tabs that are the tickets and it would be better if they were grouped instead. Since if you buy 2 zone passes it'd be at the bottom but the user has to scroll through the other tickets. Another thing is, I wish I could verify I'm a student on the app so I can get reduced price on tickets. But I'm happy to support the dart transit.

Used my debit card to buy 3 2-zone day passes, total = $24. It didn't go through so I tried again. Turns out it did go through and now I have two $24 entries on my debit card for tickets I was never granted after my purchase. If you're going to charge me $48 for tickets I can't have, please refund me. Those tickets were my only way to get to and from work!
