for two days in a row now I've tried purchasing a day pass through the app only for the transaction to go through but no pass to appear. This is excessively ridiculous and increasingly annoying. ON TOP OF THAT I just tried to use my tap to pay feature for a single ride and it charged me $5 instead of the regular $2.25. This is beyond unacceptable at this point I would just like some form on compensation for the money wasted.

Honestly this isn't a bad app most of the time. It's better than carrying around a bunch of change or paying for a $70 a month pass when I wasn't using the full amount. However, both me and my sister have been experiencing an issue where no matter how we hold our phones, it always says "tap again". We've tried the new tap feature and the barcode scanner but it's the same thing every time. Luckily the driver's are nice and still let us on but it's a frustrating issue. Please fix this.

I'll log in before the bus is about to come and all of a sudden there's an error and it says I don't a have a virtual card linked to my phone I've had the same phone since I've been using the app. Now I have 3 different virtual cards all with money on them. And I can only use my most recent 1. Complete bs. Don't use this. Just get a physical card. Sounds like the best option.
