Honestly this isn't a bad app most of the time. It's better than carrying around a bunch of change or paying for a $70 a month pass when I wasn't using the full amount. However, both me and my sister have been experiencing an issue where no matter how we hold our phones, it always says "tap again". We've tried the new tap feature and the barcode scanner but it's the same thing every time. Luckily the driver's are nice and still let us on but it's a frustrating issue. Please fix this.

This app used to be very dependable, but recently, there are technical issues. The app works normally for a while, then out of the blue, won't allow money to be loaded. I lost a day of work because I couldn't load funds to the app. The app also often has issues when attempting to use it on the bus. I stopped using this app altogether.

for two days in a row now I've tried purchasing a day pass through the app only for the transaction to go through but no pass to appear. This is excessively ridiculous and increasingly annoying. ON TOP OF THAT I just tried to use my tap to pay feature for a single ride and it charged me $5 instead of the regular $2.25. This is beyond unacceptable at this point I would just like some form on compensation for the money wasted.
