Ratings and reviews

This Ripta App is extremely useful and helpful. It'll keep a virtual card where I personally keep my funds of actual cash on there. They are there just incase I lose my physical card. Also, the hard copy is saved on this app where I thankfully get my monthly institutional pass. I check on the 1st if the monthly pass is on or if I need to make the necessary calls to have it turned on. Which happens time to time. Overall, it really saves me time and makes things easier.

Aside from signing me out at a few inopportune times, I've had no problems with the app. There are a few minor differences to how fares work as well, but that's more to do with RIPTA than the app( 1 hour transfers is a joke!!).i imagine those less technologically inclined might have trouble setting it up, but once you've got it ready it is quite a nice convenience.

It serves it's purpose. The only problems are when you open the app it often shows the amount that was on your card before your last trip. Eventually it auto refreshes but that can be confusing when in a hurry to catch a bus. You may think you have value stored on your card but your actual value is not always displayed accurately when you first open the app.
