Installed the app and tried to create an account in the app but "an error occurred". Created an account instead on account.bytemark.co. Tried that email and password in the app, same error. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same error. It eventually worked after changing my password in the browser. Activating the ticket worked when I was on the train.

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. We'd be happy to take a look into this for you, please contact us at support@bytemark.co. Thank you.

Tourist level South Shore user. Occasional trips from South Bend airport to Millenium. Have used other trains in the US and other countries. Big systems, especially overseas, are kept up and provide information displays more than South Shore. South Shore conductors fill this gap. More than any other system I know, the conductors here are friendly and helpful to passengers. Ask if you're not sure. South Shore recently began improvements. There is learning and gains. More gains are expected

New update is trash. Just an unnecessary UI change which only added bugs. My app crashed on me for the first time since using when it first came out. Had to uninstall then reinstall to get it to work only to realize I forgot to save my ticket to the cloud and locked out my ticket. Maybe work on the real issues that have always existed with the app such as the unbearable loading so I can take advantage of the cloud and not have to worry about losing my ticket.
