Lagged responses. Entering order is so slow that it's painfully difficult to complete because you have to wait forever to see if it actually recognizes your selection so you end up tapping more times then required and accidentally make incorrect selections. No issues with any other food apps, just Freddy's. Have to order way ahead of time to make sure your meal is not delayed. *Update, it's been a year and still the same problem with the app. Poor mobile experience.

This app is still a mess. It is as slow as molasses, and that is being kind. And for some reason they decided to make the back button on your phone exit out of the app. That's a really horrible design decision because every other app just takes you back to the last thing you were looking at when you hit the back button but not Freddy's! The app is closes when you try to go back.

Unable to login... Ever. Can get into the website and see my profile fine, but the app has not worked, in 4+ years of trying. It worked in 2019, for a few times, but has not worked since I changed phones in 2020. I have reset my password several times. I also don't ever seem to get points even on the website. I love Freddy's, the food is great, but the app is a steaming pile of ....
