The fingerprint reader is not working well. You activated sign in once with it close out of the app in the next time you try it it says too many failed attempts. And you haven't even opened the app. So you end up logging in with username and password activate the fingerprint and the cycle continues. If that gets fixed The rating would change. Other than that the app is worked fine.

I'm very disappointed with the capabilities of this app. I wanted to make a simple mailing address change to my account after a move across the country. With all of the security that we have to go through to log onto the app, I would think it would be secure enough not only to do the transaction securely, but also be able to verify my identity online. Instead of making me just through hoops sending faxes which seem less secure to me, but also problematic since I don't have fax capabilities.

I can't log in, there's been certificate error since March 2024. Also, the customer support contact info is null: so Vervent Inc. when you reply to this READ my whole review before telling me how sorry you are and to contact support. How am I supposed to contact support when there's no contact form?! I emailed the contact email here on the Play Store over a month ago and haven't gotten a reply. Now I have to call and pay my card with my checking account over the phone like this is 1994 not 2024
