Doctor is great, but the in-app experience leaves much to be desired. My chat feature hasn't been working for weeks since I last tried to reach out for a prescription refill - I have notifications that I need to check, but I consistently run into the error "Please try again. There was an issue loading the chat." and have no way to try and fix this or check my notifications. Extremely frustrating. [Edit (1/3/24): Changed review from 2* to 5*, as the latest app update solved this issue. Thanks.]

App worked great at first. The last three appointments have had technical issues. In both cases, I was left without the ability to reschedule. I reached out to tech support. Had to remove, reboot, and reinstall after clearing data to get it to work again. Could not do this quick enough to save my appointment slot.

At first, the interactions and the process seemed to be smooth, despite the fact that the app has a hard cut off for your appt (even if the physician is late to the appt). HOWEVER, recently, I had a time-sensitive issue and my messages were ignored, it's been 9 days and I still have yet to have my issue resolved or even addressed. I am not sure if it is an issue with my provider or the app itself, but this has not been a good experience with Healthcare professional. Do not recommend.
