Terrible app. It's been more than a month they did not credit the reward to me. And there responses are always false promises which never come through. Do not download and waste your time on this app. Update: it has been 3 months and during this time the support has promised me thrice that they will give me the reward, but the never did. Do no downloaded the app. It is a waste of time.

Their service is very bad. No options on calling their support. You just have to send email and wait for nothing, and they will answer you that it will be delivered today. I placed an order since Wednesday where in they mentioned it will be delivered the next day. Guess what? I haven't received anything. Very bad experience with this app. If there is 0 star I will choose it. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Edit: Thank you for responding to my email. Thank you also for the "ClipBox" with samples. It was a nice gift box just before Christmas! I have been using this app since 2017 without any problems. The service was excellent and every query was answered within 2 working days. But recently in last 6 months this has completely changed. No one replies to emails. Redemption does not work even after 1 month and the points are not even reversed like before.
