Dropped to 1 Star. To discourage card holders to redeem cashback as Direct Deposit, they want card holder to make a phone call to Customer Service. Other cards let you redeem in an app and website. Disgusting!! After each update have to logout and sign in again to make app work. Original: Absolutely Love it! This app was definitely worth the wait. Very easy to navigate,fast, slick and best part is no ads. I hope they won't ruin it in the future. Thank you developers!

App is terrible. Will not allow me to simply login so I can make payments. It's forcing me to add credit cards to my account before I can go any further into the app. I shouldn't need to add any of my personal cards. I'm trying to make a payment, not consolidate my cards in one place. Probably won't be using this option again in the future

nothing but problems with this app. from login, to having to uninstall and reinstall almost every use. to saying wrong info when its correct. having to enter multiple times. especially at payment cut off time and date.
