Ratings and reviews

This app is very difficult to use, but I have to do so in order to get my laundry done. They offered me a free dryer run if I confirmed my email address. But once I did so, the free offer disappeared. And maybe it's not their fault, but one load in the dyer is $3.75, yet it comes out 67 minutes later sopping wet. Expensive, bad user setup, scam offers.

A great feature would be the ability to send reminders in app to the previous users who have forgotten their items in machines. I live in ana apartment complex. We have 5 washers and dryers shared by 48 units. People leave items over night. It would be great to select a machine and send a pre-typed, message to previous user, "come get your stuff!" Maybe a 15 minute delay before another can be sent to prevent spamming. it would certainly increase the number of transactions.

I use it on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. The app doesn't reflect the washing & dryer completion times accurately, I've to wait at least an extra 10 minutes per load on the app. The completion times don't sync accurately. My phone's software is up to date, so I know the app is the problem. It also needs a feature for the user to be able to edit account information. I recently had to e-mail the company to have my phone number updated.
