The app won't register my fingerprint...it says there's no network, even when I'm in great WiFi of 4G LTE coverage

There are problems with this app. First there is no option to contact the bank via the app either through phone call or direct email. Secondly there is a disturbing pop up that asks the user to refer friends, that hides part of the the menus on the left panel. So unprofessional. Lastly I have no option to receive OTP via email, since I'm outside the country and I cannot receive the sms. Otherwise its smooth to use all other functions.
