About this app

For just 3-5 minutes at the beginning of your shift or when returning from a break or lunch, you can walk through short, personalized training sessions with the Fresh Start mobile app.

The Fresh Start app allows learners to:
- Complete personalized daily training, play games, and earn rewards
- Quickly find job aids and resources needed to perform job duties
- View a personal report card that shows your achievements and knowledge growth over time

The Fresh Start app allows administrators and managers to:
- See actionable insights on associate knowledge and behaviors at the company, team, or individual level
- Log associate behavior and workplace physical inspections that will then automatically trigger additional training for associates
- Complete their own personal daily training

Personal Mobile Device In-Store Access/Usage (For Learning App)
Request and Acknowledgment

By downloading and using this app, I request to use my personal smartphone or other mobile communication device for purposes of accessing and using certain company applications and/or other company-owned or company-enabled functionality – more specifically, a learning application platform (which, at present, is known as Fresh Start, or Axonify, though both the functionality and the name are subject to change at any time) – while I am in my store or facility or another assigned company store or facility.
I acknowledge and agree that I make this request of my own free will and on an entirely voluntary basis, as a matter of individual choice, and that I am in no way required, encouraged or expected to make any such use (or any use whatsoever) of any personally owned device while in any company facility, but rather I choose to make this request to do so strictly of and on my own accord and for my own predominant benefit.
I further acknowledge and agree as follows: I will not be compensated or reimbursed for any use of my personally owned device and I do not and will not expect to be or claim to be entitled to be (regardless of whether I am on the clock or off the clock at the time of any access or usage); I have read and I agree to comply with the company’s Wireless Device Policy, the Associate Mobile Choice Policy (as applicable), and Acceptable Use Policy (available to view at policy.kroger.com), and the company has visibility to and the right to monitor my usage of company-owned or company-enabled functionality on or through the device, and the right to manually access the device upon its request, if needed in order to comply with a court order, a litigation hold directive, or other legal or business purposes and with any and all other directives from the company related to the use of the device for purposes of accessing and using the above-mentioned company-owned or company-enabled functionality; and upon separation of my employment with the company, I will no longer have access to this particular functionality or any related data.

There are a bunch of select all that apply questions that doesn't actually say select all that apply. They will be right after a question that does state it. So you're left guessing. Also on multiple choice questions for phones constantly having the submit answer button pop up over the fourth option in a select all that apply is obnoxious. Honestly a lot of little things after using it a while that could be done better.

This app is a great way to learn however the app inaccurately records my points wrong by either not giving me the points or not giving me all the points I have earned by answering the questions correctly. For instance, today I should have received all 75 points however I received NONE. I am very competitive, I login everyday to try to become a top performer that's not going to happen with all the mistakes, errors and inconvenience, as well as I want to learn all aspects of my job. Fix it now.

It's a work app.... nuff said....naw jk it's not terrible. Makes it so I don't have to do this boring stuff at work and gives good updates
