Ratings and reviews

California should pursue legal action for false advertising. Frequently, advertised "Digital Deals" for alcohol don't add up to the advertised discount. Deals in the app are so convoluted that even the managers don't understand them. I had to literally pull out a calculator to demonstrate that the price charged was not the price advertised. The manager agreed, but said he couldn't adjust the price on alcohol. Food prices are accurate. Ralph's is pulling a bait and switch on alcohol specifically

The new UI (Oct 2025) is terrible. hard to find the weekly ads and requires multiple clicks to get to things like scanning the coupons in store. Worst of all they didn't even offer guidance on these new changes when they massively changed the interface. (May 2026). Just as I've gotten used to the new UI, now when I scan items in-store it opens in a browser instead of the app. I'm not normally logged in on the browser as I'm using the app. Developer really needs to invest in basic QA!!

Developers, please do something! Now even worse. Won't allow me to check things on or off my list. We're writing a list at this point and just using the app for reference photos to make sure we get the correct items. All other problems also remain. Worst, glitchiest, most annoying app I think I've ever used. Freezes EVERY TIME I make a change to my list. Randomly deletes items from the list. No visible feedback when you click things so you can't tell if it's going to respond.
