That's the worst bank I've been dealing with. Received credit card, received quick cash, payed all in time and even blocked the card. My mistake is that I didn't close account with the bank - they charged me annual fee (while it was clearly mentioned by salesman, that there is no any), then charged late payment fee. I was communicated by SMS from FAB (other bank) about this. Had to pay 560 aed for nothing.

Fraud on the card I got no notification. Can't freeze or block card on app have to call on the awful auto phone system. They said we won't call or notify if fraud is after hours. Awful app just not worth it. Constant Maintence. Can't make online payments to many retailers. Otp issues. App won't even let you pay the card amount off so you get charged interest. Customer service never respond to emails. They don't care Forced to update constant system maintenance on the app poor overall

Worst credit card and banking experience. Will deduct money from your credit card for no reason, saying billed finance charges. Will not reply to your inquiry at all. Will take very long to answer the phone calls with no benefits. Useless app and bad service.
