I've been using this app on my Android for several years and it improves my visits to the parks. I love the convenience of mobile ordering my meals and paying for them ahead with just one click. I also appreciate being able to find water filling stations easily, and times for the entertainment as well as estimates for wait times on rides. Booking and modifying Genie Plus is easy.. The app can be glitchy and when it is, it's aggravating, especially when first arriving at the parks.

The Disney app has never steered me wrong. Whether in the parks or planning a trip from home, I can find everything I need. In the parks, I love the quick search feature for wait times and which characters are out. From home, I can get specific and look at food pricing, options, park tickets, and special shows we may want to catch. It will always be my go to.

My first day of using the app I had to try to open the hotel reservation part of the interface a dozen times throughout the day before it worked. When trying to order food, it also constantly gave an error. A member of staff informed me that it wasn't working because that location was changing its menu. There was no indication in the app of this. The 'unlock room' function stopped working after about a day and a half, leaving me locked out. I wish I could give this app less than one star.
