Great app, until you belong to more than one place that uses it... Like a Climbing wall and a Fitness Gym that both use this, and\or other facilities. Then each time you go to the facility not logged in, you need to log out, and re-login with a different account. Doing this every other day to book classes or swipe access gets annoying... Focus is on the use for the gym\facility, not the end user experience. Otherwise great app.

The team is aware of this aspect and is currently looking into options around improving this side of the app for a better user experience when multiple facilities are using our app in this fashion. Currently we don't have an eta on this but it is something we wish to improve on.

Having trouble logging in to book classes. Have reset password several times but still can't book classes with the app, only online. Other than that app has been great to book classes whilst I've been using it for the last few years!
Sorry about the issues, we have had an issue with our app sync server over the last week throwing the booking information and login information off a bit, this has hopefully been resolved now but you may need to close out of the app completely for it to pull the fresh booking information. We are also taking measures to prevent this in future.
