Ratings and reviews

The delivery boy goes to deliver multiple orders, eventually delivering cold food. The delivery tracking system is misleading at the least. It has been showing "Arriving in 1 min" for past 10 minutes. And this delivery agent is at least 20 min away! And they have no customer support system. Some static messages keep repeating which is stupid! Never ordering again from here!

The delivery tracking experience was very frustrating as my order was delayed by over an hour. Without informing me, the order was cancelled and the payment was not refunded, which was really disappointing. Customer service has been unhelpful and has fallen short of expectations, adding to the overall negative experience. I generally dont write such negative reviews, but it was meant for someone else & cancelling it after more than 1.5 hrs caused serious inconvenience. Hope things improve soon!!

I ordered from EatSure because of their 1+1 offer, but as soon as I applied coupons, the offer was removed automatically. There was no clear warning about this before payment. I ended up paying ₹700 for a very small quantity of food, which wasn’t even enough for one person. The value for money is extremely poor. When I tried to contact customer support, I only got automated bot responses. No live agent came online, and I couldn’t get any resolution. Wanted to give a minus rating if possible.
