Booked my ticket for 3rd May 2025, 10:20 am. And they canceled one hour from departure. And NueGo didn't provide alternate busses, what's the point in booking if that can cancel. When called to the customer care, they just say the busses are canceled (that I know from message I got). Refund will take 5 to 7 business days. Till then I have to keep this useless app.

​The biggest issue compounding the poor service is the complete lack of accountability and access to help. There is no contact number available for the bus driver or the conductor through the app or on the ticket. When attempting to reach out to the company via the app's purported call service, the experience was just as abysmal. The app's call service is entirely unresponsive and does not answer.

I’ve been using Neugo Bus for the last 2 years, and their service is only getting worse. They often cancel buses at the last minute, leaving passengers stranded. Even when the bus runs, it frequently breaks down, stops unnecessarily, or takes long delays when out of charge, making the journey much longer than it should be. Their booking system is also unfair — payments through Amazon Pay, UPI, or card failed, and when I finally paid via Google Pay, the fare had increased within minutes.
