Have had a horrible experience. So many times a cab has agreed to pick me up just to cancel after tens of minutes or wait long enough for me to cancel. Then the next cab you are able to get (after it failing to find a cab a few times) is 15+ minutes away. Sometimes it won't let you track a ride. You can find the ride in your history, but the track ride button doesn't work, just have to trust the notification. You also can't pay with card half the time as the app doesn't think you're picked up.

The worst cab booking service I've ever used. Ola has become so user unfriendly, it just becomes a anger fest whenever you face a issue. They just don't have a customer service, for any issue, they display the same message, "Your feedback is valuable to us". I even doubt they register the issue. I had booked a ride and the driver was 3 min away, and for 15 min, the driver was just driving away, and after 20 min the ride was cancelled. This has happened so many times, I just can't take it anymore

Rude, inconsiderate and untrained drivers. I was asking a driver where he is located and couldn't find him. He refused to come to the entrance of the metro station and made me navigate a busy road instead. When I still couldn't find him he cut the call and cancelled the ride leaving me stranded on a road. Not the first time I've had a bad experience and customer helpline is non-existent. I am just waiting for blusmart to expand so that I can delete this app once and for all.
