Ratings and reviews

The login experience is a nightmare. Biometric doesn't work - it just refreshes the opening splash screen. Try to use my company's SSO, I get sent to the account login page and after entering my details, I end up on a blank page. If I want to log in, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Absolutely inconvenient.

A good idea but useless with company sso sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I'd care to count. I can get one 'sign in with company sso' to work. Syncing is virtually non existent and yes, I've given the required permissions. Second sign in attempt has it flashing like it is going to open a login page then directions me back to the sign in button. The app is useless as it is.

This app is simply one of the worst apps my company has sign up with. And I work for American Express. It's astonishing how even with clients like AmEx, they managed to make such a useless app. The steps don't sync with my Google fit for the Steps challenge. Half of the links and options don't work when you click on them. It keeps signing you out. Overall, nothing works in here. I'm surprised such an app still exists in 2024 lol
