You guys need to work on your app. I am currently waiting on my order, it was collected 30 mintes ago and is supposed to be here now. However your app says he hasn't yet left. This isn't the first time and I get signal gets lost, but you end up with frustrated customers before their food even arrives. I can now see that he is down the road (clearly he got signal) but we are in an area with many towers and we hardly have signal issues like thus when we use our GPS. Hope the feedback helps.

I am uninstalling this app not using it ever again, I highly recommend others do the same. Support is horrendous, the live chat functionality on WhatsApp does not work and chatting with a driver while he is on the way is near impossible as the messaging functionality is super delayed. Waiting 20 minutes for a delivery and the driver asks me where to go unacceptable and this is not the first, second or third time. Update I was poorly assisted by customer support who did not read my email properly

My address keeps changing back to the old one even though I deleted them and only have 1 saved address. Because of this my last 2 deliveries went to the previous address and caused problems for me. I cleared the cache but every time I open the app it still shows the old address by default instead of my saved one.
