Ratings and reviews

Bupa medical application is the worst app I've encountered in years.Although it worked intermittently, it has now returned to a completely unreliable state, full of bugs. The app functions correctly only 1 time out of 1000, and the website is even worse Logging in is consistently problematic, with frequent error messages that make the application entirely noncredible. The biggest concern is that support is often unavailable when you need it the most, leaving users stranded during critical times

App tells me my phone number is wrong. But I can log in through the browser. Numerous emails have been sent to bupa with a screenshot. They tell me my mobile number is wrong. But it isn't. I've been telling bupa for 3 months about this issue. They don't listen. They're not interested.

Does nothing for me, open a while, blank screen page and that's it. I am Running android 14. Edit: just checked my other phone, (oneplus 8 running older android 13) it doesn't work on that either, just a blank white screen and then the app crashes. So it's not even about latest Android, the app just SUCKS! Disappointing for a respected company like Bupa.
