Cant register my supplementary card, cause it keeps saying my credit card number is already registered, despite FAQ claims i should be able to register both primary and supplementary cards as long as they are under different names. No way to contacting them is really annoying too. Called the bank, said clearly this is an app issue , NOT a bank issue. I want someone to contact me or tell me how to pass first step to fix my issue.

Happy to Mastercard travel benefits, but I was requested to shows the app... after installing and queuing, it shows: "It's detected that your device fails to pass the compatibility testing and it may have been modified. Please STOP using this App ok this device", and the app automatically close. Unfortunately, the only way to access to lounge was by using the VISA.

I am concerned that the app is asking for full card details as the first step of registration. Card number, name on card, expiry date, cvc and country of issue. This feels like asking for too much. I shouldn't have to give the full card details to have access to this service. You can verify that the card is eligible without making users add their full card details for you to store for future use. Let users decide if they want additional paid service from you and how to pay. Don't store card info
