Broken. Unusable. Used to be barely functional. Now you can't even select the date for booking. Samsung Fold. Seems to be developed by amateurs with no dynamic layout, scaling or sizing.

Quite a few times I have not been able to enter VIP lounges because of people paying a one off fee to enter.

app is good, but options in smaller airports are poor or not available. fast track can have restricted time frames so if the trip to the airport is delayed and you miss your window then tough luck.
