App is really slow after last update

It is very useful for nowadays. especially this pandemic. but now, I cannot access this application. i tried forgot password and i sign up again. then its telling details invalid.

When I open the app, it directs me to the browser pleassssssseeee fix it (my phone is Note 9 -Android)
