Ratings and reviews

The app is good. But the main problem is that the bus timings are not even around approximate. The scheduled timings can never be trusted. Even the timing in minutes sometimes disappears immediately. The app is good but the gps services and timings need to be more accurate. It sometimes doesn't even show the buses which are currently available. For eg. I checked for buses but none is showing available, meanwhile 2-3 buses move together... Need to improve.

After the recent update it's not showing any buses when choosing the nearest bus stop. It was working fine before. Also it shows longer routes when choosing between two stops. Something is not right. Also why have you removed the time feature when searching the bus. It was a very useful feature. Do you really have QA Engineers? Using for KSRTC

Bus is not visible many times and it shows up after passing the station. It doesn't help that bus drivers don't stop at bus stations if they are going fast, this is just disappointing experience. Just don't show the bus for the whole route if you don't have data, showing the bus on map after it has passed or is too close is COMPLETELY USELESS. OR JUST FIX WHATEVER PREVENTS THE BUS FROM NOT SHOWING UP INTERMITTENTLY.
