Won't let me log into my account. Whether I try to re-register or reset my password, I get stuck in a loop of entering the one time code, and then not being able to log in again. Went to an Optus store and they had no idea what was wrong. When I logged into their desktop in the store, all of my information was there. It's not even just the app that isn't working, it's also my phone's browser and the desktop version as well. My phone is up to date and the app is up to date. Horrible, 0 stars.

I'm overseas and completely unable to activate roaming. I'm told I have to "verify" as last step. I request for email one time code since I'm overseas and SMS aren't working. The email never arrives, so I request for new code. I try several times. I finally receive en email with the code. I enter it and it tells me it has expired or is incorrect. I get another email, try again, by then app locks me out. I've stopped trying and I'm still getting emails with the codes. So frustrating.

The app is fine, but Optus recently has been terrible. apart of the 000 fiasco (emergency calls) when I had a service with them, the phone would just lose all internet. Not only mobile data didn't work, even wifi didn't work. I changed to a different provider and never had the problem again. I can't believe that Optus was stopping even my wifi connection, no matter if I was at home or work or even public WiFi.
