Ratings and reviews

Constantly logs out. Even when logged in acts like you aren't. Pay a bill? Add info "without logging in". Need a quote? Type in all your info thay they already have, just to be reditected back to the same screen or be told to call a number. The only thing it works for is roadside. That's it. But good luck using it if you forgot your password.

App is terrible. Last time I needed it I had to wait 5 hours because of the way the app is so consistently incorrect on location, the first two drivers gave up because they couldn't find me because the app said I was blocks away. This time it just got stuck asking my address over and over. They're insistence on relying on this app for all dispatching of service makes this entire service completely useless. Not renewing, I'll just get the roadside that comes with my insurance.

They finally pushed out an update to fix the crashing issue, and now the App works correctly again! I'm a bit disappointed that it took so long for a fix, but I'm glad to see that it has finally been done! Since latest update was pushed out, the App continuously crashes making it useless. I'm using Drive and Save, and since the App won't function, it isn't recording trips either. I contacted support to be told they're doing another update to correct the crashing issue.
