The new ADT+ app brings together the security of ADT, smart home management, and other innovative features to bring peace of mind to you and your family. It allows you to control everything, including your ADT+ home security system, Google Nest devices and other compatible smart devices.

Security
ADT+ gives you secure mobile access to your ADT home security system, allowing you to arm and disarm your security system, monitor your home virtually anywhere, and manage access.

Smart Home Management
Manage your home virtually anywhere. Arm and disarm your security system, stream live video and view video history from your Nest cameras and receive personalized alerts and emails for events around your home like arming, disarming, and intelligent alerts from your smart home devices.

Trusted Neighbor™
Eligible customers can take advantage of ADT’s Trusted Neighbor™. Trusted Neighbor™ is a new ADT service that lets you grant secure, temporary access to your home through the ADT+ app. Trusted Neighbor™ is designed to give you peace of mind and is the latest example of our commitment to empowering you to protect and connect what matters most.

Use the ADT+ app to:

Arm and disarm your system from virtually anywhere

Stream live video and speak to visitors with two-way talk from your Nest Cams and Doorbells*

View event video history so you can see what your cameras captured if you’re home or away*

Check the status of your ADT+ security system

Turn lights on and off, lock/unlock smart locks, adjust the thermostat, and open/close your garage door with the app

Manage your settings and profile, and set up and edit custom alerts to reach you via email or push notification

Set up custom Rules to create automations for your security and smart Z-Wave devices

App is experiencing complete failure to connect to myself on Android. I believe this occurred due to the update 48hrs ago~. As I did not check it until, about 12 hours ago. Unable to access the app. I assumed it would resolve itself. It did not. So, I am requesting the ability to roll back to the previous version to hopefully fix this, for myself, at least temporarily. This is an urgent issue please address immediately. Thanks.

Has been great for the first 10 months. now, the battery on the detectors are low and I cant find any way to silence the warning. Hello, if I can see updates on the app dont BEEP AT ME EVERY FEW MINUTES. Dont get me wrong, everything else has been fantastic but please let me silence the alarm that started at 3am so I can handle it *later*. Unbelievable for a security company of this caliber.

Majority of notifications come after the fact, rarely in time to actually act on them (doorbell, package notifications...) Or we get a notification that someone is at the door, but there is nothing in the pulldown notification and the app doesn't connect until waaay after the event. Have a "slightly" better experience just using the Google app to manage ADT events, but far more reliable than this app. Already looking for an alternate system to switch to when our contract expires
