Always so slow to log in, but there are also times when you just can't log in at all. It just sits there, loading and loading and loading. Happens too often. A year later, still slower than a slug. Can't even access zelle 80% of the time and have to try another time. Then another time. Then another time. Fix your app. Also highly infuriating: you can't do a mobile deposit, because it keeps saying it can't read the check. It only works one out of ten checks for me. -_-

Edit: After using the app for 4 days, the loading speed has become faster. Since the loading became faster, I found that fingerprint authentication is available. I still can't confirm an electronic deposit or a payment I had done previously, but I'll check in next week. So far, app is getting better. Still not liking the design. PLEASE, make a better design. Just modify the old one, I'm pretty sure you still have the rights to it. Previous: Overall, not a great switch from the previous app. Extremely slow, design is browser-like, and no confirmation for electronic deposits are a few annoyances. Plus side, security seems to be better and multiple accounts are combined & compared; you can see total amount in each account & then a sum of all accounts. I love BOH for everything but this app. PLEASE, redevelop/revise it.

Zelle stopped working since last update when using the app. What's the purpose of using the app when I can do the same thing using the browser? Please address this issue. I already re-installed hoping it'd fix it but didn't.
