I went to Carl's Jr this morning with the intent to redeem some of my points for a breakfast burger, and was shocked to find a $5.01 "Service Fee" tacked on to the transaction. Appears to be added regardless of location or the price of the purchase. UPDATE: After receiving the response from the developer, I submitted more details through the site they linked, and while doing so I was automatically logged out of the app. Upon logging back in, the service fee was no longer there.

Recently I tried using a coupon on the app but somehow the full amount was charged. I thought I could get it resolved at the store, but no, apparently the managers have no control on orders placed in the app. They didn't even have the flavor I wanted but still they couldn't offer a refund. I had to go through their customer support, but they don't have a phone line. Only an online message submission and I've been waiting a couple days with no response. I'll have to contact my bank instead.

The app functionality is the worst! I wasn't able to remove items from the bag. i couldn't add creamer for my coffee. i selected a reward but it wouldn't save what i selected. I was trying to order delivery for later but because they are currently closed i would get an error message after every selection. when i did finally get to select a delivery time it wouldn't save it. absolutely not worth the frustration to save a few bucks on their ridiculously high prices. I'll go elsewhere.
