Chick-fil-A One^® Members can receive points with qualifying purchases, redeem

1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A^® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

Ratings and reviews

Error messages throughout the login and ordering process. Wasn't verifying device for the 2nd time, but, despite the error message, verification emails were being sent. Then, when ordering, it'll give more error messages, but then, out of the blue, your order was submitted. In addition, the ordering doesn't even work within the app itself. It's just a gateway to a browser page. Ultimately, I was able to order, but has been a stressful process lately.

Pointless, broken app. I had 30 minutes before breakfast ended so I was feeling confident I could order some before driving over. Everything worked normal until the last part of checkout where you have to enter your phone #. It just kept buffering and buffering and buffering. I couldn't even get my order submitted because you can't skip the phone number part. I switched to Wi-Fi, Cellular Data, 4G, 5G. I closed the app and opened it again multiple times. All to no avail. Such a time waste👎

Just failed for the 4th time to get an order completed using this app without requiring assistance at the restaurant. When I arrive at the kiosk and scan the image, I get a message that I need to add funds and from there it goes downhill. Today, with assistance, the solution was to tap the "order" icon and scroll down the page quite a ways to find another prompt to scan. After holding the phone in front of the image again for a bout a minute, my order was finally processed. Not a time saver.
