I love this store, I really do but for the love of everything can you fix this app please? It doesn't matter if I use it connected to my high speed home Internet, phone data, 2 different android phones, iPad, laptop.... This is the slowest moving app I've ever had to deal with. I never understood why places push us to use their app so much but the dang thing don't work most of the time. It makes me want to pull my hair out if I haven't fallen asleep using it. Why is it incredibly slow?

Update: I wish I could give them zero stars. If it's not one problem, it's another. After my last review, the most common problem was simply not loading. Whenever I was typing a product I wanted, it would freeze, so I couldn't even look for anything. This morning it loaded my item right away, YAY! I added it to my cart, but now my cart is empty! Can't buy anything,ugh. BOOO!! Original: Used to be good. But it has been very glitchy. Everything works with a delay of any 5 seconds. VERY ANNOYING!!!

I love the Tractor Supply order & pick up app. For people who are older, small or have injuries or problems with picking up things that weigh very much, its a huge help. I place my order on line, pay for it then get a text letting me know when its ready. Then when I get there, I let them know thru the app or call and they bring it out and put it in my car! Doesn't get any easier than that. ❤️
