Scroll down and look at all the Dexcom responses that begin with "Oh no!" Yeah. This app has crashed twice in 1 month,resulting in loss of information used to calculate GMI. Furthermore, after each crash,it requires the user to go through the entire training tutorial again and then reconnect the sensor via Bluetooth. I'm waiting for it to reconnect right now as I type this review at 1:40 AM. Anyhow, having my glucose level always available is VERY helpful. The app needs real work though.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app twice in 5 months. It'll say the app is having trouble connecting and then nothing gets it running again. After a full troubleshoot, I get the same error message. When I tell the app to try to reconnect, it immediately comes back with the error. This isn't what I want to have to deal with as a diabetic. Plus, every time I reinstall the app, it forces me to watch the how-to videos with no option to skip them. I have more comments but I'm out of space

This is the 2nd cgm I had to install due to app stopping. Checked all settings, and they were correct. Called the number for assistance, waited for over 6 minutes, and when it was starting its transfer for pickup, I was disconnected. It is very disappointing as all other aspects of the G7 work beautiful, and compared to the Libre 3, it is VERY easy to use with so many more available options.
