This app has become frustrating and useless. Before, at the very least I was able to purchase phone cards and data plans. Now, not only has the user interface become less user friendly, meaning more stressful to navigate. But also I can't do anything with the app other than add accounts. When I try to click on the accounts nothing happens. I can't go into them, at most I can edit the account information. I am beyond frustrated, and I don't know why you decided to change the UI/UX.

terrible. the app dont let you sign in properly even when using the code it sends to your email , it closes the log in and says "unexpected character" . it also doesnt send a verification code to your phone number .. idk if all of this is just a problem with samsung/android phones.. but I have not been able to sign into the app or website not even once... and its been 4 days back to back. got my wifi set up a while ago yet I cant even edit anything ...

Makes no sense to have an app that shows the bill but cant pay the bill. I have made multiple in store attempts to have the issue resolved and i always end up with a pending case that goes nowhere, no call back no solution. Going instore is highly inconvenient to pay the phone bill especially knowing that the app has an option but doesnt work. seems like false advertising to me and the developers need to be changed. Digicel listen to your paying customers and fix the issue!
