Ratings and reviews

My only problem is that once you add devices, you can not get rid of them, only block. Don't know about you, but if I must keep devices I should be able to delete (replaced with new for various reasons), it gets messy with things that will never again connect. Otherwise, all runs great, and I love being able to control available content for my granddaughter keeping her safer

This is the worst Wi-Fi system that I've ever purchased. My MacBook Pro constantly disconnects and apparently many others have the same issue, so I have to keep my old router on just for one device. I'm finally fed up with this POS and I just bought a different company's mesh system (going back to the brand that I used before and should have never changed).

If I could, I'd give it less stars, 1st month was everything I wanted, everything after is not worth it. Half of the time it doesn't work and when it does, it's slower than having no signal or wifi, it's honestly faster to walk to where you have signal than to wait for this absolute waste of time and money to reboot and give you less than subpar internet. Don't believe the 39.99 deal, it's a sham, my bill has tripled and hasn't given me anything.
